We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form:

• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The details of your message or care request
• Whether you have agreed to receive text messages from us

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website, and we do not collect any information about you simply by your visiting the site.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Confirm availability and discuss scheduling
• Coordinate the pet care services you request
• Send you text messages, but only if you have checked the SMS consent box on our contact form (see our SMS/Text Messaging Policy for details)

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your contact-form submission is delivered to our team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both providers process your information solely to deliver our service to you and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

We use your IP address briefly, and only in server memory, to prevent automated abuse of our contact form (rate limiting). We do not log, store, or sell IP addresses.

If you go on to become a client, scheduling, invoicing, and ongoing care coordination are handled through Time To Pet, a separate client-management platform. Any information you provide directly to Time To Pet is governed by Time To Pet’s own privacy practices.

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain basic business records. You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

Our services and this website are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You may:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or withdraw consent by contacting us
